This year the Cromwell Police Department joined forces with the Cromwell Fire Department in an effort to help out a needy family in our town. Along with the Middletown Police Department we all joined in a caravan stretching approximately 1 mile long including about 30 -35 vehicles and, we estimate, approximately 500 people. The caravan went through Middletown, Cromwell, and ended in Portland.
